How to Filter Users by Team
Productivity provides the option to sort the data displayed in the dashboard according to a chosen team. This filter is on the left side of the Dashboard Application.
The Team Filter consists of the following:
- Filter data by team button
- Team container
- Search box
To filter the Productivity data by teams, you can do the following steps:
- On the left panel, under the Filter data by team button, click a team name.
- If the team list is long, click the search box, and type the team name.
- Click the team name from the filtered results.
- To go back to the unfiltered data, click the “All” option.
“All” is enabled by default.
The search function only comes up if there are 5 or more teams listed.
What happens when you filter by team
- The Timeline and the Charts section will only show data from the team members.
- You can view drill-down information of team members like what apps they access, work and idle times, how many times apps were opened, keystrokes, status changes, etc.
To remove the filter, just select the “All” option in the team container.
