Productivity

Productivity is the aggregated data of all the users for the day. The data are presented in easy-to-understand groups, charts, and timelines. It can be used to analyze work performance, workflows, and computer activities of your team. Unlike the Live Feed, data in Productivity are not repeatedly displayed but instead are summarized and grouped. Parts of the Productivity Module Productivity has two main sections, the Timeline, and the Charts. Timeline The Timeline displays the users’ aggregated data by the hour. Data is shown in boxes called the Timeline Data. The Timeline Data are displayed by the earliest captured data of the users to the latest. Get to know how to use the Timeline. Charts The Charts are a visual representation of the data of the users. It has two sections, the Timeline Charts, and the Status Charts. In the Charts, you’ll see the work time, idle time, connections, status changes, applications, and keystrokes. Read more about the Charts guide. User Search The search bar helps you find a specific user. It will pull up the searched user’s data and display the information you need on the dashboard. Know more about how to search specific users in the Productivity module. Online Users List Found on the left panel of the dashboard. The Online Users displays the desktop app logged-in users. The list also shows each user’s avatar, status icon, monitoring status, and the last app or website opened. If the user is online, the status icon shows as a green dot. The icon will turn gray if the user is offline or has logged out of the app. The icons also indicate each user’s status, such as monitored, confidential, or incognito. You can use them to refine the data for a more in-depth look at how workers are performing.
  • Date Picker This filter helps you view users’ data from previous dates.  
  • Team Filter This function allows you to view the data by team. 
  • Search Box Lets you search a particular team.
