How to View Notifications

The Notifications Menu is located on the right side of the header, next to the User Menu. Whenever someone tags or comments on data that belongs to your account, you will be notified. The bell icon will display the total number of unread notifications, and the list of messages will appear in the container when opened. If there is no unread notification, the notification count is hidden.

Clicking the notification icon displays the most recent tagged or commented data.

The Notifications container consists of the following:

Show All Clicking the "Show All" button displays all current and previous notifications on the Notifications page.
Mark all as read When the "Mark all as read" button is clicked, all notifications is set to read.
Notification Item Contains the details of the notification.

The Notification Container can display up to 20 of the latest notification items in descending order, with the newest notifications at the top of the list.

Each Notification Item is made up of the following:

User Initials with a pink dot that indicates the type of action,
Notification message,
the time when the action happened,
and the blue dot to mark the unread items.

To open a Notification Item,

Click the Notification button on the header.
Select and click the Notification Item you want to open.

This will open the data you were notified of. On the page, you may comment or tag the data.

How to view all Notifications

The Notification container can only display the 20 most recent notification items.

To see all the notifications you received, follow the steps below:

Click the Notification button on the header.
Click “Show All” from the Notification container.

The page redirects you to the page where all your notifications are listed. You can scroll over the list and select any item to open.
