How to Use the Data Menu
The Data Menu can be found at the top of the page or in the header. It contains icons for different modules that allow you to navigate to the dashboard's various sections. These modules store the data captured from the users and are presented based on their specific functions.
When the current date (default state) is selected on the dashboard, the Data Menu will display the following modules:
To open a module, just click on the module’s icon.
When reviewing user data from previous dates, the modules in the Data Menu are scaled down to the following:
- Virtual Workspace
- Computer Activity
- Productivity
- Streams Player
- Timesheet
The Live Feed and Live Streams Player have been removed from the menu as they only process real-time user data.
