How to Use Search Filter The Search Function is found at the header of the Dashboard Application. It has two functions,
  • Search Users
  • Search Help Desk 
Search Users The default function of the Search bar is to filter the displayed data by the user you searched for. To use the search function, do the following: 
  • Click the search bar and type in the name of the user in the input box.
  • Matching results will be displayed in the results container and on the Online Users List.
  • Click the user you want to view in the search result container.

Search Help Desk You can also access the Help Desk articles like tutorials and FAQs articles using the Search Function of the Application Dashboard.   Since the default function of Search is to filter by user, you need to switch the search function first to Search Help Desk.  To use the Help Desk, do the following steps: 
  • Hover over the magnifying glass icon inside the Search Bar.
  • Click the Search Help Desk from the menu.
  • Type the topic you want to search in the input box.
  •  Matching results will be displayed in the results container. 
  •  Click the article you want to view in the search result container.
