How to Use the Team Filter
The Computer Activity provides the option to sort the data displayed in the dashboard according to a chosen team. This filter is on the left side of the Dashboard Application.
The Team filter consists of:
Filter data by team button
Team container
Search box
To start filtering the Computer Activity data by teams, do the following:
On the left panel, under the Filter data by team button, click a team name.
If the team list is long, click the search box, and type the team name.
Click the team name from the filtered results.
To go back to the unfiltered data, click the “All” option.
“All” is enabled by default.
The search function only comes up if there are 5 or more teams listed.
What happens when you filter by team
You can view drill-down information of team members like what apps they access, when they use the apps, how many times apps were opened, and for how long.
To remove the filter, just select the “All” option in the team container.
