Remote User’s Productivity The Productivity module is the aggregated form of your data for the workday. The data are displayed in groups, charts, and timelines. Unlike the Live Feed module, the data in Productivity are not repeatedly displayed but instead are summarized and grouped. Parts of the Productivity Module Productivity has two main sections, the Timeline, and the Charts. Timeline The Timeline displays your aggregated data by the hour. Data is shown in boxes called Timeline Data. The Timeline Data are displayed by the earliest captured data of the users to the latest. Get to know how to use the Timeline. Charts The Charts are a visual representation of the data. It has two sections, the Timeline Charts, and the Status Charts. In the Charts, you’ll see the work time, idle time, connections, status changes, applications, and keystrokes. Read more about the Charts guide. Tagging and Commenting on Timeline Data The data shown in the Timeline can be tagged and commented on by its owner. To tag a Timeline Data,
  • Select a Timeline Data to tag.
  • Click the tag icon of your choice found at the bottom part of the data box.
The tagging is immediately saved and your manager/s is notified of the tagged data. The Tag counter is also updated. To see who tagged your Timeline data, click the Tag counter of the Live Feed Data and it will reveal the people who tagged your data. You will also receive a notification whenever your data is tagged by your manager. To comment or reply to a posted comment, do the following:
  • Select a Timeline Data to comment on. 
  • Click the Comment counter found at the bottom part of Timeline Data.
  • Click the text input box.
  • Type your comment.
  • Click the send button or press Enter on your keyboard. 
Learn more about tagging Timeline Data and leaving comments. Viewing Timeline Individual Data Each Timeline Data can be viewed on a separate page. This page is called Individual Data. To do this, follow the steps below:
  • Select a Timeline Data to view.
  • Click the kebab menu found in the upper right corner of the Timeline Data.
  • Click “View” from the menu.
The dashboard redirects to a page where only the selected data is displayed. The data here can also be tagged and commented on. Read more about how to view Individual Data. How to check previous Productivity data You can view your Productivity data from the current date up to the past three months.  To check and display your past data, you need the Date Picker. The Date Picker is found on the right side of the header, the navigation section.
  • Click the Date Picker to open the calendar.
  • Use the left or right arrows to navigate to the month you want to view.
  • Select and click a blue date from the calendar.
  • Click the Date Picker to close the calendar. 
Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. Once a date is selected, the dashboard will update the data displayed in the dashboard. How to Use the Date Picker Navigation Buttons Without opening the calendar, you can navigate to other dates. Simply use the navigation arrows found on both sides of the Date Picker button.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date.
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date.
