How to Tag Daily Applications

To tag your own Daily Application in the Summary module can be a means to communicate with your manager/s.

The Daily Applications are found on the left side of the Summary dashboard. Each box represents the application or website you have opened or used during your work hours. The latest screenshot for that application will display here.

Tagging Daily Application

You can tag Daily Application directly from the boxes displayed.

To do that, follow these steps:

Select an Application to tag.
Click any of the tag icons displayed at the bottom part of the box.

The tagging is immediately saved and your manager/s is notified of the tagged data. The Tag counter is also updated. You will also receive a notification whenever your data is tagged by your manager.

Clicking the tag counter will reveal the the comment text box and the manager\s or user\s who tagged your data.

Tagging Individual Data

The dashboard redirects to a page where only the selected data is displayed. This is called the Individual Data. Here, you can also tag. You just need to:

Click the kebab menu or right-click on the screenshot of a Daily Application.
A menu will pop out, then click “View Image” from the menu.
Click any of the tag icons displayed on the right panel of the page.

The tag count is updated every time an item is tagged and a notification is sent to the manager.

Tag Icon Meanings

Blue Necktie Use the blue necktie icon to commend and tag the data as Productive.
Yellow Necktie Use the yellow necktie icon to tag applications as Excellent.
White Exclamation Point Choose the white exclamation point icon to tag the application as Irrelevant.
Red Exclamation Point Tag applications with the red exclamation point icon as Violation.

Users can add comments to the Daily Applications with or without tagging.
