How to View Daily Reports
Understanding Daily Reports
What is a Daily Report?
A Daily Reportin Cloudica™ is a comprehensive feature that provides a detailed log of an employee's workday. It tracks the hours worked, tasks completed, and applications used, offering managers a clear view of how time is allocated, and productivity is maintained.
Why Are Daily Reports Important?
Daily Reports are crucial for several reasons:
Accountability:They provide transparency into employees' daily activities, helping managers ensure that time is being used effectively.
Data-Driven Decisions:With detailed insights into work patterns, managers can make informed decisions about workload distribution, process improvements, and resource allocation.
Performance Tracking:Daily Reports allow for regular monitoring of individual and team performance, enabling timely feedback and interventions.
Remote Work Management:In a remote work environment, these reports offer a virtual equivalent of monitoring in-office activities, helping maintain productivity and engagement.
Identifying When a Managed User Creates a Daily Report
When a Remote User saves their Daily Report, managers and owners will be notified in their Application Dashboards. Here’s how you’ll know:
1. User Data Highlighting: The User Data box in the Virtual Workspace will turn pink, indicating that a new Daily Report has been saved.
2. Notifications: You will receive a notification directly in your dashboard, alerting you that a Daily Report is ready for review.
How to View a User’s Daily Report
View Through the User Data
In the Virtual Workspace dashboard, each remote user has a User Data box that displays essential information such as the latest screenshot, total worked time, idle time, and more. When a user saves a Daily Report, their User Data box changes from gray to pink, signaling that the report is available for viewing.
To access the User’s Daily Report:
Right-click on the User Data box or click the kebab (three vertical dots) menu in the upper right corner.
This action will open the user’s Daily Report for review.
Display Users with Daily Reports Only
To streamline your view and focus only on users who have submitted Daily Reports:
In the dashboard's left panel, click the Filter with Daily Report button located under the Date Picker.
To return to the full view of all User Data, simply click the Filter with Daily Report button again to disable the filter.
View Through Notifications Notifications provide an alternative way to access Daily Reports. When a Remote User saves a Daily Task Report, you will receive a notification.
