How to View Annotated Images

You can view all annotated screenshots if you want to review them, discuss talking points with your team regarding group performance, and provide further instructions about ongoing tasks.

Viewing the latest annotated images

To see the annotated images saved on the current date, do the following:

Right-click on any application screenshot.
Select "Annotate this image" on the menu.

The annotated images are displayed in the left panel of the page.

Viewing all the annotated images

To view all the saved annotated images:

Right-click on any application screenshot.
Select "Annotate this image" on the menu.
On the right panel of the annotation tool widget, click "Show All".
Annotated captures by date will be displayed by default.

The page will show annotated screenshots by date.

The annotated images page contains the following features:

Date Picker Lets you view annotated images from different dates.
Resize Tool Lets you adjust the display size of the saved images.
Annotated Items The annotated images listed from the most recent to the oldest.

Use the Date Picker to view annotated images from previous dates.

In the Date Picker calendar, dates with recorded data are clickable and blue-colored. Dates without stored data are colored black.
