How to Change the Font Size and Color

The Annotation Tool lets you inject suggestions, comments, and feedback directly onto the captured image.

To highlight your talking points, you can adjust the font size and change the color

Changing the Font Color

After opening the screenshot with the Annotation Tool, do the following:

Select the Text Tool icon on the annotation screen.
Then, click on the screenshot.
Type your input into the text box.
Move the text box to where you want to place it on the screenshot while the dotted border is active.
Click the color picker to change the font color.
Click the color you want or input the RGB, Hex, or HSL codes to get the exact color you prefer.

Changing the Font Size

Open the screenshot you want to annotate with the Annotation Tool and follow the steps below:

Select the Text Tool icon on the annotation screen.
Then, click on the screenshot.
Type your input into the text box.
Move the text box to where you want to place it on the screenshot while the dotted border is active.
On the Font Size tool, click the arrow up to increase the size.
Click the arrow down to decrease the font size.

Another option to change the font size

Click anywhere outside the dotted border of the text box to finalize your text annotation.

You can still move the text box anywhere on the screenshot while the dotted border is active

Click “Done” to save the annotated image.

A notification will be sent to the user whose screenshot you annotated once the action is confirmed.

Changing the shape color and stroke thickness

The shape color and its stroke thickness can be edited. To do this, do the following:

Select the shape you want to edit.
Click the Color Picker.
Click the color you want or input the RGB, Hex, or HSL codes to get the exact color you prefer.
