How to Save an Annotated Image

The Annotation Tool allows you to add comments, feedback, suggested edits, and more to screenshots of tasks and assignments your team are working on

To annotate a screenshot and save the image, follow these steps:

Choose a screenshot that you intend to annotate.
Right-click on any screenshot and a menu will pop out.
Choose “Annotate this Image.” and the annotation widget will come up.
Make your annotations on the screenshot.
Then, click “Done” to save. A window will pop-up, asking you to either confirm the action or cancel.
Choose “Proceed” to save the annotations.
Click OK.

A notification will be sent to the user whose screenshot was annotated.
